Hours – Will vary – minimum 6 hours/week; maximum up to 20 hours/week.
Job Description & Overview – The Production Assistant will assist with the production of Granny’s
Dressings and Dips. Other duties will include preparing for future production – labeling cups, lids,
receiving stock, and other duties as necessary. Previous food service/food preparation experience
preferred but not required.
Overview of Job Tasks
• Follow company policies and procedures and adhere to food safety and preparation standards. Training will be provided.
• Learn company software for tracking and logging ingredients used in production, production
numbers, and completing various checklists.
• Assemble and disassemble production equipment including proper and thorough washing and
sanitizing.
• Receives weekly deliveries, rotates stock, and puts away supplies in fridge and dry storage area.
• Labels dressing containers and lids.
• Other duties to be determined.
Job Requirements
• Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality agreement.
• Must be willing and able to adhere to food safety standards.
• Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs
• High School degree or equivalent.
